It was a cheerful and fruitful evening when the SMPTE IVE Student Chapter welcomed her new members at the Le Petit Atelier de Cuisine, IVE (Kwun Tong) on April 25, 2007.
 
Around 15 new members of the Chapter joined the welcome party. Showing whole-hearted support, the SMPTE Hong Kong Section Chairman, Mr. Tony Ngai, and the President, Mr. KL Lam, participated in the event. They delivered interesting speeches to the new members and shared their valuable experiences with the young students.
 
The Chairlady, Joyce Lam, made a brief summary on the activities held in the past and introduced to the new members the scheduled plan for the coming months. After each new member’s self-introduction, the crowd clustered around Tony and KL hungering for their real life experiences in the trade.
